Our Lifestyle Medicine program will officially come to a close following the transition of Lauren Bock, PA, who has made the heartfelt decision to step away from her role in order to dedicate more time to her family.

Lauren has been an integral part of the Lifestyle Medicine Program, providing exceptional care and support to our patients. Her compassion and expertise have truly touched many lives. We are sincerely grateful for all she has contributed and trust that the positive impact of her guidance will continue to support your health journey.

Lauren will continue to see all currently scheduled patients through October 9th, 2025. After that time, the Lifestyle Medicine service line will be discontinued.
