Experience the Convenience of Oracle’s Procedural Suite

Outpatient Practice vs. Inpatient Institutions

Procedural Suite for cardiovascular surgeryAt Oracle Heart & Vascular, patient experience remains a core principle driving the manner we deliver care to our cardiovascular patients. We strive to make each patient visit as pleasant and positive as possible, ensuring you feel supported throughout your health journey within our practice.

In our commitment to enhancing your experience, we proudly established the Oracle Procedural Suite, the first office-based cardiovascular lab (OBL) in Fredericksburg. This state-of-the-art facility was thoughtfully designed to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, prioritizing quality and comfort. We have been able to accomplish this as evidenced by our efficient workflow and 100% patient satisfaction. Drawing from years of experience in hospital settings, we recognized the need to advocate for prompt and personalized care amid bureaucratic processes and delays.  Such operational inefficiencies detract from the quality and overall patient experience.  In the Oracle procedural suite, all patients experience the “Oracle way.”

Our physicians are passionate about addressing these challenges not only for you but also for your care team, who often navigate cumbersome systems in larger institutions. With the Oracle Procedural Suite, our physicians can focus solely on what truly matters: providing you with the exceptional, personalized care you deserve. We truly value the significance of personalized treatment and strive to make every patient feel like part of our family.

We invite you to discover the Oracle difference at our Oracle Procedural Suite, where your well-being is our utmost priority.

What is the Oracle Procedural Suite?

The Oracle Procedural Suite is our innovative cardiovascular procedure suite, which is located on the first floor of our Fredericksburg office. It is here that our board certified providers and experienced team of certified nurses perform several low-risk procedures, such as Implantable Loop Recorder (ILR), superficial venous ablation and phlebectomy, peripheral artery interventions and more!

The Difference Between Hospital-based and Office-based Procedures

Hospital-based procedures can vary in risk and are conducted in a hospital facility. All hospital-based procedures receive extensive resources and support no matter the complexity, which generally translate into extended wait times, costly facilities fees and longer recovery times. Many of these procedures can also be done by the same physicians and collaborative clinical support in an office-based lab (OBL). At Oracle Heart & Vascular, you will experience comfort, confidence, shorter wait times, lower costs and the convenience of returning home soon after the procedure with quicker recovery.

Benefits of Outpatient Procedures at Oracle’s Procedural Suite

There are numerous benefits to having your procedure performed at Oracle Heart & Vascular’s Procedural Suite! Our office-based lab offers many advantages compared to traditional hospital settings, including:

  • More Affordable: Our patients experience lower out-of-pocket costs when compared to what they incur from the same procedure done at a hospital. This is due to hospital facility fees, and other expenses that are bundled with ancillary services and infrastructure costs.
  • Quicker Recovery: Oracle Heart & Vascular is proud to offer our patients the most advanced technology and innovative approaches to make your process of recovery easier. Office-based procedures are shorter in duration, allowing you to recover in your own home instead of in a hospital is an added comfort which also enhances recovery.
  • Accessibility: Our Oracle Procedural Suite is conveniently located on the first floor of our Fredericksburg office, making parking and accessibility a breeze!
  • Convenience: At our facility, you avoid the hassle of hospital registration. You also have the privilege of a scheduled procedure time. In comparison, in a hospital, emergency surgeries may come up and your procedure could get bumped back.
  • Dedicated Team: Our Oracle Heart & Vascular team is truly the best of the best! Patients are not just another number to us—you receive the unique personal touch that can only be provided in a smaller entity like ours.
