We deeply value your trust and are dedicated to maintaining clear, consistent communication with your practice to ensure seamless, coordinated care for your patients. There are several ways we can assist you with patient referrals, including:

Same-Day: If your patient needs to be seen urgently, please call us at 1-855-739-9953 (option 1), so we can accommodate a same-day or next-day appointment.
EMR: Our practice gladly accepts referrals directly from your EMR! Some helpful information to include is the most recent office or progress notes, demographics, insurance information, and referral/authorization if required. We are also available on eCW P2P.
TigerConnect: Need information fast? Oracle Heart & Vascular can communicate securely with other providers by text using TigerConnect, which can be downloaded for either IOS or Android.
