Oracle warmly welcomes Francine Smith to its team of advance practice providers.

Francine is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She brings over 30 years of nursing experience caring for cardiovascular patients in critical care, rehabilitation, and various acute and outpatient settings.

In addition to Francine’s experience, her calm and kind nature are beautiful attributes that complement the care she provides patients. She is a Stafford resident with her husband, and their son and loves to spend time playing tennis with her son and traveling to see family in the Virgin Islands.
