Oracle Heart & Vascular is excited to announce the opening of its state-of-the-art cardiovascular procedure suite conveniently located on the first floor of our Fredericksburg office. The Oracle Heart Lab is Fredericksburg’s first cardiovascular outpatient-based lab. This outpatient facility will allow our board-certified physicians and team to perform certain high quality, low risk cardiovascular procedures including loop recorder implantation, superficial venous ablation and phlebectomy, deep vein and peripheral artery interventions.

With gratitude, we recognize Dr. Ashok J. Prasad, Dr. Raushan Abdula, Dr. Miceala Iantorno, Kathy Wirtz, RN, and Oracle’s Practice Administrator, Kim Spring. Their response to the need in our community led to months of meticulous planning with diligence that assured a successful first day.

Wednesday, January 24, 2024 represented an important milestone for Oracle Heart & Vascular as we successfully performed our first full day of peripheral procedures with high quality, excellent outcomes and superior patient satisfaction and experience.

Finally, we recognize our mentor and friend in Dr. Joe Puma and his team at Sorin Medical who have been an integral part of fulfilling this vision since its inception. There would be no Oracle Heart Lab without Sorin Medical.
